Club seeking Coach

Rugby Club of Springfield is seeking a coach for our Multi-High School u19 Girls team. If you have the knowledge and desire to teach, coach and manage the girls’ team, submit your name & reasons to coach.
Players have expressed strong interest and the past few years, we haven’t had a coach for those players. We need to grow the sport at the youth level but without a coach; we’re missing out on this great opportunity. Isn’t it time for you to give back to the sport you love?
Minimum Requirements
•Have a valid Membership for Club and Individual Participation Program (CIPP) to USA Rugby before coaching including a Coach Disclosure and Background Check conducted by USA Rugby.
•Complete IRB Rugby Ready Online module.
•Head Injury & Concussion: must take and complete a free on-line course
•Complete National Double-Goal Coach™ Certification Program online module
•USA Rugby Coach Development Program Certification (Note: SRFC encourages all interested individuals to coach and does not currently require Certification, although it is highly recommended.)
•Commit to the Coaches’ Code of Conduct.
